摘要:
对新型弯管机械化3PE防腐方法与传统的弯管防腐形式的防腐材料、工艺技术和防腐质量等方面进行了对比分析,结果表明弯管机械化3PE防腐形式较手工热缩套防腐、机械双环氧防腐和手工冷缠带防腐等传统防腐形式具有明显优势,同时与直管3PE防腐质量指标对比,该防腐形式与直管3PE防腐基本一致,有利于提高热煨弯管的防腐质量。
Abstract:
Several aspects of the new machined 3PE coating method for hotbent pipe such as anticorrosion materials, coating processes and quality were analyzed and compared with traditional processes. It is concluded that the machined 3PE coating technology has significant advantages over those methods of manual heat shrinkable sleeve, mechanical double epoxy anticorrosion and manual cold wind belt, etc. In addition, the coating quality prepared on hotbent pipe is basically in consistence with the one on straight pipe, which is helpful to improve the anticorrosion effect.
