摘要:
双侧向测井仪是目前国内应用较为广泛的电法测井仪器。在大井眼、盐水泥浆情况下,井眼环境会对传统双侧向测井仪产生较大的影响,仪器电极腐蚀和绝缘问题也时有出现,影响仪器测量效果,甚至导致测井失败。为了解决进口双侧向仪器1239XA电极磨损和橡胶皮鼓包以及测量值在高温下偏移等问题,通过对双侧向测井仪机械结构、材料的改进以及电路关键电子元件的筛选,使其在东海低孔渗储层中克服了气侵腐蚀以及高温高压容易对仪器造成损坏的困难,解决了侵蚀所导致的绝缘性差的问题,保证了仪器测井资料质量,在东海油气区取得了良好的应用效果。
Abstract:
Dual laterolog tool is widely used in China. Under the condition of large well bore and salt water mud, the well bore environment has a great impact on traditional dual laterolog tool, and corrosion and insulation problems of the tool electrode occur from time to time, which affects the measurement effect or even leads to logging failure. In order to solve the problems of the imported 1239XA dual laterolog tool such as electrode wear, rubber skin bulge, and the deviation of measured value under high temperature, by improving mechanical structure and material and screening key electronic components of the circuit, the difficulties of gas erosion and easy damage due to high temperature and high pressure are overcome, and the problems of poor insulation caused by erosion are solved. The improved tool has been applied in the low porosity and permeability reservoir of the East China Sea oil and gas area to ensure the quality of logging data.
