摘要:
随着油气勘探的发展,井壁取心技术应用越来越广泛,国外大公司相继研制出不同种类的大直径岩心取心仪器,占领了国内外市场。为了填补国内装备空白,满足现场勘探需求,对大直径取心器进行研究,研制出了可以直接获取大直径岩心的电动取心测井仪。电动机直接取心技术的主要设计理念为采用电动机直接驱动钻头,在运动导轨的配合下完成取心。该仪器主要由推靠、推心、钻进、折心等多个功能模块组成。对该种取心仪的机理进行了详细说明,介绍了该仪器在实井作业中的应用情况。
Abstract:
with the development of oil and gas exploration, the application of borehole wall coring technology is more and more extensive. Foreign companies have developed different kinds of largediameter coring instruments, occupying the domestic and foreign markets. In order to fill the gap of domestic equipment and meet the demand of field exploration, the large diameter coring device was studied and the electric coring tool which can directly obtain the large diameter cores was developed. The main design concept of motor directly driven coring technology is to use motor to drive the drill directly and complete coring under the coordination of guide rail. The instrument is mainly composed of multiple function modules such as backing up the cutter, pushing the core out, drilling and breaking the core, etc. This paper gives a detailed explanation of the mechanism of this method. The operation of the instrument in real well operation is also introduced.
