摘要:
微电阻率成像测井仪推靠器在使用过程中经常出现问题,造成测井资料采集质量下降。对于极板调节杆处的弹性卡圈脱落的问题,采用合适的铅丝缠绕固定,阻止弹性卡圈退出卡槽;对于极板辅支撑杆断裂的问题,加强支撑杆的强度,防止其受力断裂;对于主力杆与连接头磨损问题,采用新型的主力杆结构,延长主力杆的寿命;极板电扣电导率数值无差异问题,通过更换时钟信号引线找到了解决方法。采取以上措施后,达到了提升微电阻率成像测井仪的资料采集质量的目的。
Abstract:
Problems often occur in the mechanical assembly of Microresistivity Imaging tool in use. This causes the quality of logging data acquisition to decline. For the problem of the elastic clip spring falling off at the pad regulating rod, appropriate lead wire winding and fixing are adopted to prevent the elastic clip spring from withdrawing from clip spring slot. For the fracture problem of the auxiliary supporting rod of the pad, the strength of the supporting rod should be strengthened to prevent its fracture. For the wear problem of main rod and connection, a new type of main rod structure is adopted, which can prolong the life of the main rod. For the problem that there is no difference in the conductivity value of the pad button, the solution is found by replacing the clock signal line. By solving these problems, the data acquisition quality of micro resistivity imaging logging tool has been improved.
