摘要:
超稠油蒸汽吞吐开发中放喷环节至关重要,传统放喷模式存在操作过程复杂、液量控制不定量问题。通过对放喷装置进行改进,将放喷油嘴由梯度调节改进为无极调节,并对装置驱动、调节、丝杠、密封、显示五大部件优选,在杜813-40-41井试验成功。现场应用表明,手动驱动装置安全性高,直线偏角性调节操作方便,涡街流量计显示效果好,改进后的放喷装置具有放喷液量恒定控制,操作步骤简单等优点,具有广阔应用前景。
Abstract:
In the development of super heavy oil by steam huff and puff, the blowout stage is very important. The traditional blowout mode has the problems such as complex operational procedure and nonquantitative liquid volume control. To enhance the capability of the blowout device, the gradient adjustment of the blowout nozzle was improved to continuous adjustment, and the five components of the device, including drive, adjustment, screw, seal and display, were optimized. The improved device was tested and performed successfully in well Du8134041. The field application shows that the manual driving device has the advantages of high safety, easy operation of linear deflection adjustment and good display effect of vortex flowmeter. The improved ejector has the advantages of constant ejection volume control and simple operational steps, which has broad application prospects.
