针对大庆油田喇嘛甸储气库未开展过井筒技术检测和安全评估、套管柱存在安全使用风险的问题,开展了套管柱测井检测实践和安全评估技术研究,优选测井检测技术,进行现场检测实践,运用统计学分析原理对套管壁厚解释结果进行对比分析,探索低成本高精度测量井下套管柱损伤情况的有效途径,并在此基础上对储气库井套管柱的剩余强度进行力学分析,评估套管柱的安全使用状况。通过17口井的测井检测实践,结果表明:所有被检测井均未出现严重腐蚀、穿孔、变形等状况,在多种起油管检测技术的组合检测下,能较为直观的反应套管柱的壁厚减薄、腐蚀等现状,
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the Lamadian Gas Storage in Daqing Oilfield has not carried out wellbore detection and safety assessment, and that the casing string has safety risk, the casing string logging detection practice and safety assessment technology are studied. Logging detection technology was optimized and field testing practice was carried out. The interpretation results of casing strength are compared and analyzed by using statistical analysis principle, and an effective way to measure the damage of downhole casing string with low cost and high precision is explored. On this basis, the residual strength of casing string in gas storage wells is analyzed mechanically, and the safe operation status of casing string is evaluated. Through logging testing practice in 17 wells, the results show that no serious corrosion, perforation and deformation occur in all tested wells. Under the combined detection of various tubing detection techniques, the present situation of casing string wall thickness thinning and corrosion can be more intuitively reflected, but the accuracy of tubing detection technology in casing wall thickness interpretation is not sufficient. The residual strength of casing string is calculated and analyzed. The safety factors of minimum internal pressure and the minimum collapse pressure resistance are 1.50 and 1.46 respectively, which are higher than the selection and design standards of injection and production string in gas storage. The casing string is safe in use.
