摘要:
超声成像测井技术在套损检测领域有良好的应用,但在页岩气压裂领域应用,需要解决供电与数据存储的问题。设计了电池管理模块,采用过流保护与短路保护技术,提高电池应用的安全性;以时间与井斜共同作为判断条件,提高电池电源开关控制的准确性,降低了系统工作功耗。设计了数据存储电路与高速数据通信总线,实现与超声成像仪器的通信,存储测井数据,并上传到上位机。测试证明电池管理电路工作正常,实现了保护功能,可以正确控制电源开关,存储测井数据并进行回放,为超声成像测井技术在页岩气压裂领域的应用解决了供电与存储难题。
Abstract:
Ultrasonic imaging logging technology has a good application in the field of casing failure detection. But in the field of shale gas pressure cracking, it is necessary to solve the problem of power supply and data storage. The battery management module was designed, which adopted overcurrent protection and short circuit protection technology to improve the safety of battery application. The time and well inclination were used together as a judgment condition to improve the accuracy of battery power switch control and reduce the system power consumption. The data storage circuit and the high-speed data communication bus were designed to realize communication with the ultrasonic imaging instrument, store the logging data, and upload it to the upper computer. The test proves that the battery management circuit works normally and realizes the protection function. It can correctly control the power switch, store the logging data and play back, and solve the power supply and storage problems for the application of ultrasonic imaging logging technology in the shale gas pressure cracking field.
