摘要:
针对某油田集油管道穿孔泄漏问题,采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、X射线衍射分析等方法,综合分析其材质性能、腐蚀机理以及失效的原因。结果表明:该管道发生了局部内腐蚀穿孔失效,失效原因是由于管内介质流速较低导致管道底部出现水的沉积,介质中的CO2和H2S溶于水对碳钢材料产生了电化学腐蚀。
Abstract:
For perforation problem of gathering main trunk pipeline in oilfield, material properties, corrosion mechanism, and the cause of leakage failure were comprehensively analyzed by means of visual inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic structure analysis, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis and Xray diffraction analysis. The results showed that the failure behavior of the pipeline was local internal corrosion perforation and the failure cause was that CO2 and H2S dissolved in sedimentary water in the bottom of pipeline leads to electrochemical corrosion of carbon steel.
