摘要:
水下声学定位系统性能测试仪为声学定位设备提供了一种检测手段和测试方法。测试仪由消声水箱、主控机及测试软件构成。专门设计了消声容器,以隔离外部干扰,消除内部多径效应,为整个系统高精度测试提供保障。测试方法采用对比测量原理,利用测试仪专用的测量换能器模拟主控机发射编码,标准水听器测得此时对应的测量换能器的发射声源级。测试仪软件使用图形化编程语言进行编写,只需简单操作就可进行相应的测试工作。该仪器是便捷的定位设备检测仪器,能满足现场对声学定位设备的验收、月检、故障判断等需求,保障野外施工可靠顺利地实施。
Abstract:
This performance tester for the benthal acoustic positioning system provides a detection and test method for acoustic positioning products. The tester consists of a muffler tank, a master controller, and a set of test software. In the development, a muffler is specially designed to isolate external interference, eliminate internal multipath effects, and provide guarantees for highprecision performance of the entire system. The test method is based on the principle of comparative measurement, the special measurement transducer for the benthal acoustic positioning test system simulates the launch code of the master controller, and the standard hydrophone measures the corresponding measurement transducer′s emission acoustic source level at this time. Test software is programmed with graphical programming language, and corresponding test works are performed just by simple operations. The instrument is a convenient detection and testing device to the positioning products, which can meet the requirements of onsite acceptance, monthly inspection, and fault judgment of acoustic positioning products, and can ensure the reliable and smooth implementation of field construction.
