目前测井小队需要提供高精度、全方位的井径数据,以满足井壁评价、固井水泥用量计算等工程需求,及测井解释中地质分层、曲线相互验证的需求,而独立四臂井径仪D4CG因老化、井况差等原因故障率越来越高,且仪修人员紧缺。针对此现状,通过阅读相关资料和手册,总结了独立四臂井径仪的仪器组成、测量原理,对实践中出现的具有一定代表性的故障问题进行了分析,给出了相应的解决办法,优化了维修过程,提高了维修效率。
Abstract:
At present, logging teams need to provide highprecision and omnidirectional borehole sizes data to meet the engineering needs of wellbore evaluation, calculation of cementing cement dosage, and the requirements of geological stratification and curve mutual verification in logging interpretation. The failure freguency of D4CG independent fourarm caliper is getting higher and higher due to aging, poor well conditions and other reasons, and the repairmen are lack. In view of this situation, the methods for optimizing maintenance process and improving maintenance efficiency are urgently needed. Through studing relevant materials and manuals, the structure and measuring principle of D4CG independent fourarm caliper are summarized, the typical problems in practice are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. The maintenance process has been greatly optimized and the maintenance efficiency has been improved.
