LDKJ-1A陆用压电检波器因具有信号处理功能,与常规检波器相比工作原理复杂,检修难度大,一直没有形成全面的自主维修手段。分析了陆用压电检波器结构,研制了在检修中拆卸、焊接使用的专用工具,针对电路板维修难题,通过测试、分析,确定了测试点,能通过对其输入、输出信号幅值大小的比对判断出电路板好坏,通过更换损坏的元器件完成对故障电路板的修复。根据机芯技术指标要求,初步实现了对故障机芯的判断和重新配对。通过一系列技术手段,实现了对故障检波器的自主维修。
Abstract:
LDKJ1A Land piezoelectric geophone has the function of signal processing. Compared with conventional geophone, its working principle is complicated and its maintenance is difficult, there has been no comprehensive means of independent maintenance. In this paper, the structure of the land piezoelectric geophone is analyzed and a special tool for disassembly and welding is developed. In view of the problems of circuit board maintenance, test points are determined through testing and analysis. The circuit board can be judged by comparing the amplitude of its input and output signals, and the faulty circuit board can be repaired by replacing the damaged components. According to the requirements of the technical specifications of the movement, the judgment and rematching of the faulty movement are preliminarily realized. Through a series of technical means, the selfmaintenance of fault detector is realized.
