摘要:
对HT2井套管分级箍脱扣事故进行了深入调查研究,依据落鱼状况设计了引锥,采取对扣插入的方式及时处理了分级箍脱扣事故。依据套管柱插入配合接头后的连接强度和密封性能及对落鱼管柱变形损坏状态分析结果,给出了后续钻水泥塞和钻井过程应采取的措施,防止套管磨损,并对原套管设计扣型提出了改进建议。
Abstract:
This paper gives an investigation on tripping accident of casing stage collar in well HT2. The guide cone was designed according to fished casing joint, and the tripping accident of grading hoop was dealt with in time by inserting the buckle. Based on analysis on joint strength and sealing performance of insert connection, and on deformation and damage of fished casing string, it was suggested that prevention measure from casing wear should be taken, and that the original casing connection design should be improved.
