国内某油田井下使用的一根Φ139.7 mm减摩减扭短节发生了断裂失效,为了确定该短节的断裂失效原因及预防此类失效事故,对该油井的工况和钻具使用情况进行了调查,对断裂短节断口的宏观形貌特征进行了分析,并取样试验分析了其材料的化学成分和力学性能,分析了其材料的金相组织形貌,并对这些试验结果进行了综合分析,从而确定了该减摩减扭短节断裂的原因是:断裂失效短节材料的金相组织中存在大量的珠光体和铁素体,且其材料的力学性能不符合标准的要求。
Abstract:
Fracture failure of a Φ139.7 mm reducing friction and reducing torsion joint used in downhole of an oil field in china occurred. In order to determine the fracture failure causes of the joint and prevent such failure accident, the macroscopic morphology characteristics of fracture surface of the joint were analyzed, the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the material were analyzed by sampling test, the metallographic morphology of the material was examined. The results of these tests were analyzed synthetically, then the causes for the fracture of the reducing friction and reducing torsion joint were determined: There are a lot of pearlite and ferrite in the metallographic structure of the fracture failure joint material, and the mechanical properties of the material do not conform to the requirements of the standard.
