摘要:
某长输管道运行期间,内检测发现了106处斜接问题,其中7处超出了建设标准。采用国内外两种适用性评价方法对该管线斜接环焊缝进行了安全评价,并通过有限元模拟,进一步确定了斜接环焊缝的受力情况,对比分析了附加载荷对斜接环焊缝应力集中的影响。结果表明,该管线在设计压力下可以满足服役要求,同时应监控地层条件和弹性敷设等附加载荷对斜接环焊缝的影响。
Abstract:
During the operation of a longdistance pipeline, 106 miter girth welds were found in the internal inspection, 7 of which exceeded the construction standard. The safety of the miter girth welds of the pipeline was evaluated by two kinds of applicability evaluation methods at home and abroad. The stress of the miter welds was further clarified by FEA. The effect of additional load on stress concentration of miter girth welds was compared and analyzed. The results show that the pipeline can meet the service requirements under the design pressure, and the influence of additional loads such as formation conditions and elastic laying on the inclined miter welds should be monitored.
