摘要:
注采气站是储气库地面设施的重要组成部分,其设施种类繁多、工艺复杂,且运行过程中可能受腐蚀、制造缺陷、施工缺陷、动载荷等风险因素的影响,如何预知、预测与预防注采气站风险,避免恶性事故发生,保障注采气站安全高效运行,是当前的重大安全需求。将储气库站场划分为三个单元,即压缩机组单元、处理系统单元和管路单元,基于风险排序与危险和可操作性方法(HAZOP)建立风险评估方法。结合金坛储气库实际,应用所建立的方法对站内设施进行风险评价,并给出风险控制措施建议。
Abstract:
Gas injection and production station is an important part of the ground facilities of gas storage. There are many kinds of facilities, complex technology, and the operation process may be affected by risk factors such as corrosion, manufacturing defects, construction defects, dynamic loads. How to predict and prevent these risks, avoid malignant accidents, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of gas injection and production stations is the current major safety needs. The paper divided the station into three elements, established a new risk assessment method based on risk ranking and HAZOP. The paper also applied the method to assess these facilities on the station of Jintan gas storage. At last, it presented the suggestive measures to control these risks.
