摘要:
大庆油田于1975年建成了喇嘛甸储气库,已安全运行44年。近年来在运行过程中检测出CO2和H2S等腐蚀性气体,注采井存在腐蚀泄露的风险。为确保储气库的安全运行,开展了注采井的套管柱和水泥环的技术检测与评估。依据CAST-V技术检测结果,结合管柱力学计算方法计算套管柱的安全系数,分析气井安全生产状态和寿命;依据扇区水泥胶结检测结果,评价了固井水泥的胶结质量,分析盖层段水泥环的密封性。
Abstract:
Lamadian Gas Storage in Daqing Oilfield was built in 1975, and it has been operating safely for 44 years. In recent years, corrosive gas such as CO2 and H2S have been detected during operation, and there is a risk of corrosion leakage in injection and production wells. In order to ensure the safety of gas storage, we carry out the technical detection and evaluation of casing string and cement ring in injection and production wells. According to the results of CASTV technology test we calculate the safety factor of casing string with the method of string mechanics, then we analyze the safe production status and life of gas well. According to the results of cementing test in sector, we evaluate the cementing quality and then we analyze the sealing property of cementing ring of caprock.
