摘要:
为了解决产出剖面测井用涡轮流量计的砂卡难题,采用等效面积法改变进液孔、出液孔形状,对原有涡轮流量计机械结构进行优化设计。详细介绍了防砂卡装置的结构及工作原理,防砂卡涡轮流量计的技术指标及室内校准结果。现场试验表明,较原有传统涡轮流量计,防砂卡涡轮流量计可以显著减少砂卡率,有效提高产出剖面测井成功率。
Abstract:
In order to solve the sandingin problem of the turbine flowmeter which is used for the production profile logging, the shape of the inlet and outlet hole of the turbine flowmeter are optimized based on the equivalent area method. The structure and working principle of the antisand device, the specifications and the indoor calibration results of the antisand turbine flowmeter are introduced respectively. The field test results show that compared with the conventional turbine flowmeter, the antisandingin turbine flowmeter can decrease the turbine sanding in rate and improve the success rate of the production profile logging.
