摘要:
钻输式水平井测井中,测井仪刚性连接在钻杆末端,仪器下放时一旦遇阻且无预警,继续下放测井仪有破坏或脱落的风险。为提高钻输式水平井测井的安全性,研制了有遇阻预警功能的伸缩测量装置。该装置通过一套行程转换机构,在井下仪较小的内部空间内,实现了大伸缩量的准确测量,并通过电磁波将伸缩量传输到钻台上的显示器上,帮助司钻判断仪器下放状态。仪器一旦遇阻,伸缩量发生变化,显示器产生预警,提醒司钻采取必要的应对措施,有效地提高了测井的安全性。
Abstract:
Logging tools are connected rigidly to the end of the drilling pipes in some horizontal drilling wells logging. Once the tools were blocked in the descent procedure without early warning,they may run the risk of damage or drop down the well. A measure tool for flex quantity with warning function was developed in order to improve the security of this logging procedure. This tool can measure large flex quantity accurately by a switching mechanism in its internal small space. And then flex quantity information which will help drillers to determine whether the tools could be descent continually, can be transmitted to display device on the drill floor by electromagnetic waves. Once logging tools were blocked, flex quantity were changed and warning can immediately remain drillers to take the necessary measures which can effectively improve the security of logging.
