摘要:
针对两起Φ73.02 mm×5.51 mm NU修复油管脱扣事故案例,对修复油管脱扣原因进行系统分析。分析表明,无钢级分选、螺纹加工精度低与上扣质量差是导致修复油管脱扣的主要原因。同时,从厂家修复及现场操作方面提出了相关的预防措施,以避免再次发生此类油管脱扣事故,保障油田生产安全。
Abstract:
The tubing pullout reason was systematically analyzed based on two cases of tubing thread pullout repairing of Φ73.02 mm×551 mm NU. The results showed that no steel grade classification, low thread processing accuracy and poor make-up quality were the main causes of repaired tubing pullout. In order to prevent tubing from being pulled out and ensure the safety production of oil field, the related prevention measures were put forward from factory repairing and field operation.
