摘要:
针对油田某些生产井环套空间狭小,通用的Φ28 mm常规仪器在进行产出剖面测试中有时起下困难的实际情况,通过采用阵列电极传感器设计和改动通用丝杠重新设计集流器的办法,提出了Φ22 mm小直径产出剖面测井仪,并通过室内标定实验验证了仪器的响应效果。该仪器起下灵活,可对油流量进行准确测量,在油田测试现场应用效果良好,为小环套空间低产液井产出剖面测试提供了另一种新的技术手段。
Abstract:
Because of small space around the casings, it is difficult to run the conventional Φ28mm production logging tool in the slim hole annulus in some wells. In view of this situation, the Φ22mm slim production profile logging tool was designed by adopting the array electrode sensor and new diverter with changing general screw. The response results are verified by laboratory calibration experiment. The oil flow rate can be obtained accurately by the tool. The tool has the excellent effects, and can provide a new technical mean of production profile logging in low production slim annulus.
