摘要:
虚焊是一种很难查找的仪器故障,它不同于仪器元器件的损坏,也不同于脱焊、断焊和导线的绝缘不好。测井仪器由于经常工作在高温高压、高震动的环境,虚焊引起的问题尤其突出,文章通过对虚焊的原因进行分析,提出了其检查的方法。
Abstract:
Pseudo soldering fault is very difficult to find out, because it is different from the component damage,sealing-off,broken welding and bad insulation of wire.Logging instruments often work in high temperature, high pressure and high vibration environment, pseudo soldering problems especially prominent.The causes of producing pseudo soldering are analyzed, and the methods of how to check out the faults are provided.
